Launch: start your operation from scratch.
For companies that are opening: defined processes, a configured system and electronic invoicing ready for the first day of sales.
Opening with a makeshift system means inheriting the chaos.
Why starting organized matters.
Invoicing without being ready
The first sale arrives and there's no way to issue the invoice the way the DGI requires.
Improvised processes
Things get solved on the fly and that improvised way becomes the permanent one.
Data from day one
Without a catalog or structure, information is born disorganized and costs more to fix later.
What's included.
It's implemented in stages, in the order that least disrupts your operation.
Designed
Sales, purchasing, inventory and collections workflows defined before opening.
Configured
ERP ready with catalog, prices and users loaded.
DGI up and running
Electronic issuance working from the first sale.
For the initial team
Each role trained on what they'll use.
First weeks
Reinforced support during the operation's real go-live.
A foundation to scale
A structure that supports the second branch without redoing everything.
From where you are to where you want to be.
Assessment
We look at how you operate today and where time or money is being lost. A fifteen-minute call to define the next step.
Data load and setup
We define the operating model, initial catalog and opening date.
Assisted go-live
We train the team that will use it and support you through the first month-end close.
Ongoing operation
Support with an assigned account owner and contractual response times.
What people ask before signing up.
How do I get started?
With a 15-minute call. That tells us what makes sense to do first; if more depth is needed, a one-hour consultation follows.
Do you work outside Panama City?
Yes. The work is remote, with on-site visits when the project requires it.
Do you serve companies in other countries?
Yes. Prices and tax regulations vary by country, so the first thing we define is where your company operates.
How we quote.
We don't publish a price list because it would be made up: two companies in the same industry can need very different things. What we do guarantee is how you get to the number.
Quote after the assessment
After the call, if the case calls for it, a one-hour consultation sets the scope and a fixed price. If the scope changes, it's quoted separately and you approve it first.
Processes, data and users
Opening date, number of processes and size of the initial team. How many people will use it, how much information needs to be migrated and how customized it needs to be.
Support by plan
Ongoing operation runs on a monthly plan, with an assigned account owner and contractual response times. It's contracted separately from the implementation.
Let's start off organized.
A fifteen-minute call and you walk away with a clear next step — even if the answer is that you don't need us yet.
