Your business is already paying for this. It just doesn't arrive as an invoice.
It arrives as the document the DGI rejected, the customer who got tired of waiting, the month-end close that runs all night, and the one person the company can't function without. Nobody adds it up. It gets charged every month, right on time.
Do the math yourself. We won't make up numbers.
We're not going to quote you a foreign consulting firm's study about companies that look nothing like yours. We give you the arithmetic and you bring the data. That way it hurts more.
How many hours a month go into typing the same thing twice?
Multiply them by what that hour costs you, fully loaded. It doesn't show up on any income statement, but it comes out of the same cash.
How much do you have more than 60 days past due right now?
If you had to go look up the number, that's the problem. That money is yours, you already earned it, and it's financing someone else's operation for free.
How many messages came in last night that nobody answered?
You don't know, and that's the point: what isn't measured doesn't hurt. Until the customer buys somewhere else, and you don't find out about that either.
If those three questions made you uncomfortable, it's not that your company is badly run. It grew faster than its system did. It happens to almost everyone. And it doesn't fix itself.
If you close this page and nothing happens, this is what happens.
It's not a threat. It's what we've seen in companies that called us a year late — and in the ones that never called.
Everything stays the same, and it feels good
Nobody lost their job, there was no project to manage, you didn't spend a thing. The mess is comfortable precisely because it doesn't hurt today.
Someone who knew leaves
And a whole process walks out with them. Two months rebuilding by hand what they did from memory, with the operation running at half speed.
A competitor quotes in minutes
Not because they're cheaper: because they answer first and invoice without errors. You're still reconciling the month-end Excel. And now migrating costs one more year of data.
The cost of fixing it goes up every month. So does the cost of not fixing it. The difference is that you decide the first one.
Four fronts, one team.
Each line solves a different layer of your operation. Hire just one today and add the rest without changing provider or contact person. One number to call when something goes down.
One system for the whole operation
Sales, purchasing, inventory, finance and invoicing in one place, with Panamanian localization and DGI compliance handled.

The AI you're talking to is the one we sell.
Génesis is running this site right now. It's not a recorded demo or a form in disguise: it's the same engine we install inside our clients' operations, connected to their real data.
Try it before you buy it
Ask it anything up there about invoicing, ERP, servers or pricing. If it gets it wrong, you see it for yourself before signing anything. Few companies selling AI dare to let it loose on their own website.
Connected, not isolated
At a client, it doesn't answer from an uploaded document: it checks their real stock, receivables and prices. That's why it can quote and collect, not just chat.
We use it first
Every agent we sell runs in our own operation first. You're not our test run.
Against the other two options you're considering.
There are cases where a freelancer or an in-house team suits you better than we do. We'll tell you in the assessment, even if it costs us the sale.
| Valtriom | Technician or freelancer | In-house team | |
|---|---|---|---|
| If they get sick or quit | Someone else on the team takes over | The operation stops | Depends on the size of the department |
| Coverage | ERP, cloud, AI and security | Usually a single specialty | Requires hiring several profiles |
| Monthly cost | Fixed and known | Low, but variable due to emergencies | Salaries, benefits and turnover |
| Response times | Committed by contract | Subject to availability | Immediate during business hours |
| DGI knowledge | It's part of the service | Variable | Needs to be trained |

Workers, staging and gigabytes: why your Odoo.sh bill grows even when your company doesn't
If your company runs Odoo on Odoo.sh, it has probably already happened to you: an email arrives saying you've run out of space, or recommending another worker, or the monthly bill simply comes in diff...
Read the case → Valtriom + OdooOdoo 20: what's being said, what's known and what we found when we opened the code
Every September the internet fills up with articles promising the same thing. We went to the code. This article separates what's being said, what's confirmed and what we found ourselves when reviewing the repository — including a deep change to the permissions system that almost nobody is mentioning, and that forces a rewrite of every custom module.

There's a conversation no software provider wants to have, and every business owner ends up having. It's the day you call whoever implemented your system and nobody answers. Or someone answers who doe...
Read the case →What people ask before deciding.
Do I have to hire everything?
No. Most start with a single line — almost always the one that hurts most today — and add the rest when they need it. What you gain by having it all together is the end of "that's on the other provider's side," because we're on the other side too.
How much does it cost to get started?
It depends on what you need. The cheapest item in the catalog is an automation workflow at $390, one-time payment with no monthly fee. A full ERP project is another scale. The 15-minute call exists precisely so you don't have to guess.
I already have a provider. Is it worth switching?
Not always, and we'll tell you. If your provider responds, delivers and your system gets used, stay where you are. The companies that come to us are mostly ones that have gone months without anyone answering a ticket.
Are you resellers?
For ESET and Fortinet we're an authorized channel partner, and we say so upfront. ERP, infrastructure and AI agents we implement and operate ourselves, with our own team in Panama.
What happens after go-live?
That's where what really matters begins. A named owner, response times by contract and monitoring that opens the incident before you notice. Most implementations don't fail at launch: they fail six months later, when nobody answers anymore.
What if the assessment doesn't convince me?
You keep the document and never see us again. No cost, no commitment and no follow-up pressure. We'd rather you use that report with another provider than have you as a client by force.
One hour of consulting. And you walk away knowing what it costs you to stay the same.
In one hour of consulting we ask the uncomfortable questions and give you, in writing, what to fix first, what can wait and what isn't worth touching. You keep the document even if you don't hire us — and even if you decide to solve it with someone else.
