Your server is slow and it's not your fault. It's your neighbor's.
With almost all hosting on the market, your cores aren't yours: they're split among several clients. A VDS gives you a truly dedicated processor. Nobody else touches it, and we manage it.
You pay for performance you only get some of the time.
The giveaway is the pattern: the system runs fine at 7 in the morning and crawls at 10. You didn't change anything. What changed is what the other clients on the same machine were doing.
Nobody can explain why
You open a ticket, they check your server and “everything looks normal.” And they're right: the problem isn't in your virtual machine, it's in the physical one you share. First-level support isn't going to tell you that.
You oversize to compensate
Since you don't trust the performance, you buy twice what you need “just in case.” You end up paying for a big plan to get, at the worst moment of the day, the performance of a small one.
You can't promise anything
If your system serves your own customers, you can't commit to response times on a foundation that varies on its own. Your word depends on a stranger's workload.
And since the problem comes and goes, it never gets serious enough to fix — just annoying enough to live with every day.
Core overselling: legal, common and silent.
A physical machine with 64 cores can sell 300 vCPUs split among many clients. It works as long as nobody uses them at the same time. The day they overlap, everyone slows down. It's not a bug: it's the business model of cheap hosting.
With shared vCPU
Your plan says 8 cores. What you actually have is the right to fight for 8 cores when they're free. Off-peak there's plenty; at peak hours, which is exactly when your company works, there isn't.
With dedicated vCPU (VDS)
Those cores are reserved for you 24 hours a day, whether you use them or not. Your performance on Monday at 10 a.m. is the same as on Sunday at 3 a.m. Predictable, which in operations is worth more than fast.
Why we're telling you this
Because it's the question you should ask any provider before signing: “Are the cores dedicated or shared?” If the answer gets tangled, you already know which it is.
Don't buy dedicated if you don't need it.
It costs more than a regular VPS. Here's the honest rule for deciding.
| If your case is… | What suits you |
|---|---|
| Website, email or a system with few users | VPS Cloud |
| An ERP that runs fine and nobody complains | VPS Cloud |
| It's slow only at certain times of day | Dedicated VDS — that pattern is your neighbor's doing |
| You need predictable performance to commit to response times | Dedicated VDS |
| Several companies or systems on the same server | Dedicated VDS |
| The bottleneck is the disk, not the processor | VPS Performance |
Not sure which one you fall into? We measure it before selling you anything. It's literally cheaper for us than overselling you and losing you in six months.
Dedicated doesn't mean it's now your problem.
With most providers, the more dedicated the server, the more they leave you on your own. Here it's the opposite: the big plan comes with the same team behind it.
We set it up
Operating system, your application, users, access and certificates. We hand you a working server, not a blank machine with a manual.
You ask in plain language
Any change comes in by ticket, with no limit and no per-request charge. You don't need to know how to administer Linux or have an IT person on payroll.
We keep watch without being asked
24/7 monitoring of disk, memory, services and availability. In most cases we open the incident before anyone at your company notices.
Automatic backup included
On all VDS plans, at no extra cost. With periodic restore tests, because a backup that was never restored is useless.
We migrate you overnight
Bringing your system over from another provider is one of the things we do most. An agreed cutover window so your operation doesn't even notice.
The access is yours
Full credentials from day one. You can log in whenever you want and take everything with you whenever you want. No lock-in and no data held hostage.
Four steps, and you're working the same day.
You tell us what you'll run
What system it is and how many people use it. With that, we do the sizing.
We set it up completely
Operating system, application, access and certificates. Production-ready.
We migrate what you already have
In an agreed window, usually overnight, with a snapshot beforehand.
And we look after it
Patches, backups, monitoring and unlimited tickets. You get back to your business.
Can I buy directly? Yes, each plan has its button below and you pay online. But if you're unsure about the size, write to us first: we'd rather sell you the right plan than the most expensive one.

What people ask before signing up.
How is it different from a regular VPS?
The cores are dedicated: they're reserved for you 24 hours a day, whether you use them or not. On a standard VPS the resources are guaranteed, but the processor is shared with other clients on the same physical machine. If your problem is that it's slow only at certain hours, that's the difference that matters to you.
What about a full dedicated server?
That's the entire physical machine for you. It costs quite a bit more, and for most Panamanian operations it's overkill. If the VDS XXL falls short, we'll talk about that; not before.
Who manages it?
We do. Patches, backups, monitoring and incident response, with an assigned account owner and unlimited tickets at no charge. “Dedicated” doesn't mean it's now your problem.
Can you migrate what I already have?
Yes, and we do it ourselves with an agreed cutover window, usually overnight. It's one of the things we do most.
Can I start small and grow?
Yes. It scales up without reinstalling anything. We'd rather you move up a plan when your operation calls for it, not on day one.
What if I want to leave?
You take everything. Full access from day one, no lock-in and no data held hostage.
Before selling, we measure whether it really is the neighbor.
A one-hour consultation. We review your system's slowdown pattern and tell you whether the problem is shared resources, the disk or the software itself. If you don't need a VDS, we'll tell you and you save the difference.
