It fails without warning
A normal system goes down and everyone finds out. AI keeps answering — with old data, in the same confident tone as always. Nobody reports anything because, from the outside, it looks like it's working.
No error message pops up. It simply starts answering with old prices, with products you no longer sell and with policies you changed months ago. And it keeps sounding just as confident while it does.
Customer: “how much is the 2040 filter?”
Assistant: “$16.90 per box.”
The price went up to $18.40 in June. Nobody told the assistant. It's been quoting below price for four months, with total confidence, and nobody has noticed.
This doesn't show up in any error log. It only shows up in the margin, months later.
From then on, the business changes and the AI stays put. That gap is what does the damage.
A normal system goes down and everyone finds out. AI keeps answering — with old data, in the same confident tone as always. Nobody reports anything because, from the outside, it looks like it's working.
Prices went up, a new line came out, the shipping policy changed, the salesperson it escalated cases to left. Each of those changes breaks something, silently.
AI models and messaging platforms update on their own. What worked in March may behave differently in September, without you having touched anything.
That's why we say it even when it costs us sales: AI without maintenance goes out of date within a few months. You'd rather know before you buy, not after.
Every month we review real conversations, compare what it answered against what's true today and fix whatever drifted out of line. With a report you can read without being technical.
It's not “call us if it breaks.” It's work done every month even if you don't report anything, precisely because the problem is that nobody reports it.
We don't cover your network, your computers or your ERP. We cover making sure the AI answers with correct information and keeps escalating to the right person.
You can skip it, and some companies with their own technical team are better off maintaining it themselves. What we don't recommend is the third option: not maintaining it and not knowing it.
Back to the example from the beginning: a price that was out of date for four months.
Difference per box. Across 300 boxes a month for four months, that's $1,800 in margin given away, without anyone noticing.
Over those same four months. A third of the cost of the error it would have caught in the first review.
The customer who got a wrong quote and had to be called back to correct it. That doesn't come back with a discount.
No per-service charge. Whether you have one assistant or five, there's just one plan.
Monthly, no lock-in. One plan for all your AI.
$1,788 a year · no setup fee
Services that already have their own monthly fee — assistants, agents, dashboard — already include their maintenance. This plan is for those who paid a one-time fee, or to cover several services under a single owner. If you don't need it, we'll tell you.
Two one-time payment options, with no subscription.
So your team uses it well, and knows when not to trust it.
Up to 15 people, at your office or online
For changes, adjustments and improvements whenever you need them.
$69 an hour. Valid for 12 months
With monthly-fee services, it's already included and you don't need this plan. This one is for those who bought a one-time service — workflows, connectors, the one-time version of the WhatsApp assistant — or for those who have several services and want a single owner. If you're already covered, we'll tell you and won't sell it to you.
Because the review work is largely the same: we look at your business, not each piece separately. Charging per service would earn us more, but it would penalize precisely the customers who have trusted us the most.
Your AI keeps working, and over time it drifts out of line with your business without anyone noticing. If you have your own technical people, have them handle it: what matters is that someone does it, not that you buy it from us.
For adjustments and improvements to what we've already set up for you. It doesn't cover building a new service from scratch; that's quoted separately. And the hours expire after 12 months, which we'd rather tell you before you buy them.
Yes, and in fact that's when it's most useful: your people are already using it on their own. It works very well alongside the AI Governance Policy, which sets the rules the training teaches people to follow.
A one-hour consultation. We review a sample of its responses against what's true in your business today, and tell you what we found. Even if someone else installed it. If it's up to date, we'll tell you and won't sell you anything.
