Multichannel Assistant

Your customers write to you from five places. You answer from one.

WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, your website chat and email, handled by the same assistant, which remembers the conversation even if the customer switches channels midway.

✓A single inbox for every channel
✓The customer never tells their story twice
✓It answers at night, on weekends and on holidays
Same customer, two channels

Monday 9:14 p.m.

On Instagram: “Hi, do you have the 1HP pump?”

Assistant: “Yes, we have it in stock at $214.90 including ITBMS. Would you like to pick it up in store or have it shipped?”

Tuesday, on WhatsApp, same number: “I want the one we looked at yesterday”

Assistant: “The 1HP pump at $214.90. I'll send you the formal quote right now.”

The pain

Five apps open and not a single complete conversation.

Nobody decided to serve customers on five channels. They just kept showing up, and now someone has to watch all of them.

The customer repeats their story

They wrote on Instagram, didn't get a quick answer, and wrote again on WhatsApp. On the other end is a different person who knows nothing, and the customer has to explain everything all over again. That's when they get annoyed.

Messages get lost between apps

The Messenger one was seen by someone who no longer works there. The email one sat in the inbox of someone on vacation. Nobody knows how many messages went unanswered this month, because there's no way to count them.

At night there's nobody

Half of inquiries come in after 6 p.m. and on Saturdays. They get answered on Monday, when the customer has already bought elsewhere and doesn't even remember writing.

The problem isn't the volume of messages. It's that they're scattered across places that don't talk to each other, and nobody has the full picture of a single customer.

What it is

One assistant connected to all your channels, with a single memory.

What matters isn't that it answers in many places. It's that it's the same one, and that it remembers: if the customer asked on Instagram and follows up on WhatsApp, the conversation picks up where it left off.

It's not four separate bots

One bot per channel is worse than none: each one answers differently and none knows what the other said. Here it's a single assistant with a single brain, looking out of four windows.

It doesn't replace your people

It filters, answers the repetitive stuff and keeps things organized. When the conversation needs a person — a complaint, a negotiation, something sensitive — it hands it over with all the context already written, not from scratch.

It's not an options menu

None of that “press 1 for sales.” The customer writes the way they talk and the assistant understands. If it doesn't understand, it says so and calls someone; it doesn't go in circles.

How it works

What happens from the moment the message comes in.

1. It comes in from anywhereWhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook Messenger, your website chat or email. They all land in the same place.
2. It recognizes the customerBy number, email or username. If they've bought from you before, the assistant sees their history in the ERP and responds accordingly.
3. It answers with your informationPrices, stock, hours, order status, shipping terms. What we defined with you, not whatever it comes up with.
4. It carries over between channelsIf the customer switches apps, the conversation continues. It doesn't ask the same thing again or request their details again.
5. It escalates when neededA complaint, an upset customer, a special price or something outside its scope: it goes to the right person with the summary ready.
6. It logs everythingEvery conversation goes into the CRM, with its channel and its outcome. You can finally count how many inquiries came in and how many were closed.
How much you save and how much you gain

The math, with numbers from a mid-sized company.

Estimates for sizing, not a promise. In the assessment we calculate them with your real data.

Team time 50 a 70%

Share of incoming messages that are the same five questions: price, stock, hours, where you are and how to pay. A person no longer answers those.

After-hours inquiries 40%

They come in at night and on weekends. Today they get answered the next day; with the assistant they're answered on the spot, which is when the customer still wants to buy.

Break-even point 2 sales

Recover two sales a month that are lost today for not answering in time, and the monthly fee has paid for itself. Everything else is profit.

How we do it

Twelve business days, explained without the mystery.

Connecting the channels is the easy part. The hard part is getting the assistant to answer the way your best salesperson does.

1

We read what you already answer

We pull your last few months of real conversations from each channel and see what people actually ask and how your team answers. That's where the script comes from, not a generic template.

2

We connect the channels and the ERP

WhatsApp Business API, Instagram, Messenger, web chat and email, all into the same inbox. And to the ERP, so it answers with real prices and stock, not an outdated list.

3

We define where it stops and who it hands off to

What it can answer on its own, what it never answers and who gets each type of case. You make this call, and it's what keeps the assistant from saying something it shouldn't.

When you need it

If any of these happens to you, it'll help.

You serve customers on three or more channelsAnd someone has to watch all of them, all day.
You sell on social mediaInstagram and Messenger bring you customers, but answering there eats up someone's day.
People write to you after hoursAnd you know you lose sales because you answer the next day.
Messages get lostThree-day-old inquiries turn up unanswered and nobody knows how it happened.

Only serve customers on WhatsApp? Then you're better off with the WhatsApp Assistant, which costs less and does the same thing on that channel.

Frequently asked questions

What people ask before deciding.

Does the customer realize it's not a person?

We tell them up front, because lying gets expensive. What they do notice is that they get an instant answer and don't have to repeat their story. That matters more than who's on the other end.

What if it answers something wrong?

It only answers from the information you approved. If it's asked something outside that, it says it will check and hands off to a person. We'd rather it over-escalate than make things up.

Can it sell, or only inform?

It can put together the quote and leave the order ready in the ERP. If what you're after is having it negotiate and close the whole sale, that's the Sales Agent.

Does it work if I don't have an ERP?

Yes, but it delivers less: without an ERP it answers from a list you maintain, not from your real stock. We tell you in the assessment whether it's worth it that way or better to wait.

How long until it's serving customers?

Twelve business days from when you give us access to the channels. WhatsApp Business API approval is handled by Meta and sometimes takes a few extra days; that doesn't depend on us and we let you know at the start.

15-minute call

Show us your channels and we'll tell you how many messages you're leaving unanswered.

One hour of consulting. We review where people write to you from, how long you take to answer and what percentage can be automated without the customer suffering for it. If you're already handling it well, we tell you and we don't sell you anything.

✓No commitment, no contract involved
✓We give you the assessment in writing
✓We reply the same business day
