The paperwork comes in on its own. Bank transactions and purchases with electronic invoices recorded in your system, with questions over WhatsApp. It works when your close already comes out right and the problem is the time lost copying.
Every month bank statements get copied, invoices get chased and someone asks what each Yappy was for. By the time it finally balances, the F430 is already due.
Agent: “A $75 Yappy from M. Pérez came into your personal account. Comercial Pérez has an open invoice for $400. Should I apply it as a partial payment?”
You: “yes, it's theirs”
Agent: “Done. Payment recorded in Cash; the invoice now has a $325 balance. I marked it as a company collection, not as your income.”
It's recorded in your system, with the receipt attached. Nobody copied anything.
Any software can read a bank statement. The difference is knowing which account each line goes to, what belongs to the company and what's yours, and what's missing before the tax is due.
Some only need bank and purchase transactions to come in on their own, some need the month closed, and some are accounting firms serving many clients. Choose by what you're missing, not by budget.

The month, balanced. Everything above plus monitoring of the electronic invoices you issue, petty cash, separating personal from company items, tax credit control, the F430 draft and the monthly package: reports, supporting documents and reconciliations.
More clients, same people. Everything in the Close tier for each client in your portfolio, with special per-client pricing. The agent records and your team approves the questions from a single inbox.
Most companies start with Close. If you're an accounting firm, the per-client price is in the calculator below.
None of these show up as an expense on your income statement. All of them are costing you money right now.
In Panama banks aren't required to open up their data. Each line of the statement is copied from a PDF or a screenshot, one by one, every month.
The customer pays you by Yappy to your account, you pay company expenses with your card. At month-end nobody remembers what was what, and you have to guess.
Filing it late costs from B/.500 plus a 10% surcharge. And the credit for purchases without a valid electronic invoice is lost without anyone noticing.
The problem isn't your team. It's that you pay them to think and they spend the month copying.
It's the first thing people ask, and rightly so.
VALTRIOM gives you the technology. The agent records using the rules your company approves. It doesn't sign or certify financial statements or tax returns, and it doesn't give tax advice.
It works inside the accounting system you already use. You don't migrate anything. If your system doesn't allow a connection, we tell you before selling you anything.
An entry with a doubt isn't recorded until someone on your team approves it, and who approved what is logged. It doesn't file in e-Tax and it doesn't move money.
The hard part isn't reading a bank statement. It's getting each entry into the right account in your chart, the way you record it.
Your system, your electronic invoicing provider, your chart of accounts and three months of history, so the agent learns how you record. Without this, every entry would be a guess.
What belongs to the company and what's personal, which expense goes to which account, who the agent asks over WhatsApp and what it never records on its own.
The agent proposes and your team reviews everything the first month. That determines what it can record on its own and what always goes through a person.
Choose the tier and move the number of transactions per month: bank lines, purchase invoices, invoices issued and cash expenses. We give you the order of magnitude right away, so you know whether it fits your budget before sitting down with us.

One person dedicated to copying and reconciling costs about $980 a month in Panama, including benefits.
It's an order of magnitude, not a quote. The final number depends on how many bank accounts you have, how your statements arrive and how organized your chart of accounts is — that comes out of the assessment.
A transaction is a bank line, a purchase invoice, an invoice issued or a cash expense. Anything above the included volume is billed per transaction, at the price shown in the calculator. WhatsApp messages sent by the agent are included.
Ranges for sizing, not a promise. In the assessment we calculate them with your real bank statements.
Finding, copying and classifying a transaction takes about four minutes. At 400 transactions that's about 27 hours back to your team to review and decide.
For every F430 that's no longer filed late, plus the 10% surcharge on the ITBMS. Just once a year already pays for several months of the agent.
The goal is the preliminary close on the fifth business day of the following month, instead of mid-month. With the number on time, you decide on time.
It's easy to measure: compare how many hours were spent copying the previous month against the first month with the agent. If your accounting already closes on time without copying anything, we'll tell you and we won't sell it to you.
No. VALTRIOM gives you the technology: the agent records inside your system using the rules your company approves, and your team decides on the questions. We don't sign or certify financial statements or tax returns.
An entry with a doubt isn't recorded until someone on your team approves it. The first month your team reviews everything, and what the agent proposed, who approved it and when are all logged. If something was recorded wrong, it shows and gets corrected.
The agent works inside the system you already use. In the assessment we check whether your system allows a connection and tell you frankly whether it can be done, before selling you anything.
However you have them: the PDF or CSV you download from the bank, a screenshot of the app over WhatsApp or, where the bank allows it, a direct connection. You don't have to change banks or the way you work.
Your accounting stays in your system. The agent processes the information through our platform, under a data processing agreement we sign with you in accordance with Law 81 of 2019.
No. It prepares the F430 draft and organizes the supporting documents; filing in e-Tax is done by your company. The agent tells you when it's due according to your RUC and what's missing to make it on time.
From the Close tier up, the agent monitors every invoice you issue through your PAC: it tells you the same day if the DGI rejected it and which field to fix, reconciles what you issued against your books and warns you weeks before your folios run out. You keep issuing with your usual provider. If you only need that monitoring, there's the Electronic Invoicing Agent sold separately.
They're two different things. Setup is getting it running with your system, your chart of accounts and your rules: it's done once. The monthly fee is having it recording every day. Just like hiring someone: first the training, then the salary.
You get special pricing: you pay for each active client in your portfolio, with 150 transactions included per client. The agent does the recording and your team approves the questions from a single inbox, so you serve more clients with the same people. Setup is per firm, plus an onboarding fee for each client you connect.
We review how you record today, how many transactions you handle and how your bank statements arrive, and we calculate the hours you get back using your numbers — even if the answer is that you don't need it.
We review how you record, choose the tier that fits and adjust the number to your case. Setup in 15 business days.
