Generic software asks you to work by the manual. Your business doesn't work that way.
And that's where the problem starts: either you bend your operation to fit the system, or the system ends up half done. We've worked in your industry before. You come in and you don't have to explain to us how invoicing, inventory and collections work in your business.
Nobody fails because of the software. They fail because of the one who didn't ask.
The consultant who doesn't know your industry configures what they know how to configure. And whatever they didn't understand, they leave “for phase two.” That phase two almost never comes.
They tell you your process is wrong
When the system doesn't support how you work, the provider's easy way out is to tell you to change. Sometimes they're right. But often that odd process is exactly why your customers buy from you.
What matters is left out
The system invoices and tracks inventory, sure. But what really keeps you up at night — shrinkage, commissions, lots, routes, overdue installments — is still in an Excel file on the side. You bought half a system.
You pay for the provider's learning curve
If you're their first customer in your industry, your project is their training course. The hours it takes them to understand how your business works get billed to you, and so do the mistakes.
The question you should ask any provider before signing: “How many companies like mine have you done this for?” The look on their face tells you everything.
Not by what we say. By what we ask.
These are things only someone who's been burned in that industry before would ask. If you're in the industry, you'll recognize yours right away.
“Do you sell the same item by the unit and by the meter?”
Because if you do, your inventory has to handle two units of measure on the same product. Whoever doesn't ask hands you a system that doesn't balance the first month.
“How much are you losing to waste?”
If you don't know the number, that's where your margin is. The system has to deduct by recipe and let you compare against actual inventory, or it's useless to you.
“How many spare parts are riding around in the trucks?”
That inventory exists, gets used and is almost never in the system. Every technician on the street is a warehouse nobody records.
“How do you collect from the owner who hasn't paid in eight months?”
Overdue dues aren't collected like a normal invoice, and the owners' assembly will ask you for the report anyway. That gets designed, not improvised.
“What do you do with the lot that expires in 40 days?”
If the system doesn't handle lots and expiration dates, you won't be able to move it out in time or back up anything in an inspection. Here it's not optional.
“Do you know today whether the project is making or losing money?”
Not at the end: today. Committed cost vs. actual progress. Almost nobody has it, and it's the difference between a profitable job and one you find out about too late.
If, reading yours, you thought “exactly, that's what nobody gets about my business,” now you know why the other implementations were left half done.
Find your industry.
Type what you do — “restaurant,” “inventory,” “routes,” “collections” — and we filter by what each one solves. Inside each industry there's more than the system: there's also the cloud it runs on, the AI that takes work off your people's plate, the network and security that hold it up, and whatever needs to be custom-built.

Ask us about this industryYou start at mile 30, not at zero.
It's not that we have a magic button. It's that we've already made the hard decisions in your industry, gotten them wrong and learned — with another client, not with you.
Fewer discovery meetings
You don't have to explain to us what a service order, a PH fee or shrinkage is. We start by talking about your case, not the industry.
We tell you what nobody else will
What the typical implementation mistake in your industry is, and where almost everyone gets stuck in month three. We know where the landmines are.
The project is shorter
Less discovery, less rework and less “phase two.” And a shorter project doesn't just cost less: it's far more likely to actually finish.
The business changes, the standard doesn't.
DGI compliance
Electronic invoicing running in any of these industries, with invoice folios monitored and support at month-end close.
A system that actually gets used
We train the real team that will run it. An ERP nobody uses costs the same as one that gets used.
Someone who answers
An assigned account owner and response times set by contract, not by availability.
Not just the system
Each industry also comes with the cloud it runs on, the AI agents that serve customers and collect, the network and security that hold it up, and custom development when the standard falls short. All under one accountable party.

One hour of consulting. If your industry isn't on the list, we design it with you — and if what you need is smaller than you think, we tell you so and you save yourself the project.
