Prices in dollars, excluding ITBMS. The rate you see corresponds to your country: we keep separate price lists for Panama and for each international zone. All plans include management, verified backups and monitoring.

What's included

The price includes the physical server and all the work of managing it.

With a self-service provider, every task on this list is yours: you log into the panel, you solve it, and if something goes wrong, that's yours too. Here you request it by ticket and our team carries it out, with contractual response times and no per-request charge.

The server
  • Guaranteed resources for the plan you choose: cores, memory and disk
  • Dedicated IPv4 and IPv6, with unlimited traffic and a port of up to 1 Gbit/s depending on the plan
  • DDoS protection active 24/7 at the infrastructure level
  • 99.9% network availability
  • Full server access: we hand you the credentials
  • Same-day delivery, already configured and ready to work
Setup
  • Operating system installation: Ubuntu, Debian, AlmaLinux, Rocky Linux, CentOS, openSUSE, FreeBSD or Windows Server
  • Installation and configuration of your application: WordPress, Nextcloud, GitLab, n8n, Docker, email or whatever you need
  • Web panel when applicable: Webmin, Plesk or cPanel
  • Users, SSH keys and access configured
  • SSL certificates installed and renewed on time
Day-to-day operations
  • Restarting the server or services when something hangs
  • Full system reinstall if you need to start from scratch
  • Rescue access when the server won't boot
  • Password resets, adding and removing users
  • Installing additional software and adjusting configuration
Data and backups
  • Snapshot before any risky change
  • Restore from snapshot or from backup
  • Daily off-server backup, with the retention we agree on
  • Periodic restore tests: an untested backup isn't a backup
Network and security
  • Firewall rules: which ports are opened, to whom and from where
  • Additional IPs and a private network between your servers, depending on the plan
  • DNS management: records, pointing and reverse DNS for your email
  • Access review and closing ports that shouldn't be open
Growth and maintenance
  • Increasing CPU, memory or disk when the server falls short
  • Migration to a larger plan without reinstalling everything
  • Move from your current provider, with an agreed cutover window
  • Patches and updates in an agreed window
  • 24/7 monitoring and proactive alerts before you notice
How it works

You run your business. We take care of the server.

You don't need a control panel or system administration skills: that's what the team is for.

Step 1

You tell us what you'll run

You don't need to know how many cores you need: just tell us what application it is and how many people use it.

Step 2

We size it and set it up

We choose the right plan, install the system and leave the server ready for your application.

Step 3

We hand you the access

You receive your server's credentials and connection details. You start working the same day.

Step 4

Everything else, by ticket

Any change, upgrade or incident comes in through the support channel and our team carries it out.

What if I want to manage it myself? You get full access to your server, so you can. But you don't have to: the whole point of hiring us is that you don't depend on having an IT person to restart a service on a Friday night.

What we see often

Some workloads no longer fit in virtual.

When a physical server is justified.

Very large databases

Volumes where virtualization starts to cost measurable performance.

Regulatory requirements

Regulations or policies that require non-shared hardware.

Constant, high workloads

Sustained usage where dedicated hardware comes out ahead of scaling virtual.

Frequently asked questions

What people ask before signing up.

Who manages the server?

We do. Monitoring, backups, updates and incident response, with an assigned account owner.

Can you migrate what I already have?

Yes, with an agreed cutover window to minimize downtime.

Are the backups tested?

Yes. Periodic restore tests are run: a backup that was never restored isn't a backup.
