Maintenance is optional for websites and mandatory for the first twelve months for stores. A store without care breaks, and the complaint comes anyway even if no one is being paid to look after it.

What we always get asked.
Is the site mine or yours?
Yours. The domain is registered in your company's name and you get all the access credentials from day one. If you ever decide to go with another provider, you take the complete site and we hand over the backups. We don't hold anything hostage.
Is hosting included?
No. The site is delivered ready and hosting is contracted separately, from $8.33 a month depending on the plan that fits you. You can host it with us or wherever you prefer: the site is yours and we hand it over complete.
Can I collect with Yappy?
Yes, and that's what we recommend. You need a merchant account at your bank to activate it. We verify it in the first meeting, not halfway through the project, because it's the requirement that delays a store the most.
Does the store issue electronic invoices?
It's connected as an add-on service. Once connected, the tax document is issued automatically when the order is confirmed, without anyone transcribing anything.
Which of the two stores is right for me?
If you need full control, your own inventory and connected invoicing, the store on your infrastructure. If you want to launch fast and don't want to deal with servers, the managed one. In the assessment we tell you which one works for you, even if it's the cheaper of the two.
I already have a site — can you move it?
Yes. We migrate files, database, email and domain to our infrastructure, with verification afterward. It's quoted based on the size of the site.
Do you work outside Panama?
Yes, throughout the region. The prices on this page are for Panama. For other countries, it's quoted based on the corresponding commercial zone.
