The numbers, without you having to ask for them.
You came to see prices, so here they are. They're for reference and are confirmed in the proposal after the assessment — but they help you know today what order of magnitude you're dealing with.
Success Packs.
For when you're already up and running and what you need is to improve, adjust or expand. Hours are used against whatever you prioritize, and every month you know what they were spent on. The bigger the bank, the cheaper the hour.

Industry packages.
Six industries where we've already done the work before. The scope of each depends on how many distinct processes need to be left running and how demanding the industry's regulatory side is.
Restaurants
The most limited vertical: an intense operation but with a short scope, with daily cash closing and per-dish cost control.
- ✓ Industry processes already configured
- ✓ Industry-specific reports
- ✓ Team training
Technical services
People in the field, service orders and spare parts that move outside the warehouse. The complexity is in the tracking.
- ✓ Industry processes already configured
- ✓ Industry-specific reports
- ✓ Team training
Retail / point of sale
Several stores, several registers and an inventory that has to balance across all of them at once. The price goes up because it's multi‑branch.
- ✓ Industry processes already configured
- ✓ Industry-specific reports
- ✓ Team training
Education
Recurring billing to hundreds of families, student records and a calendar that rules over everything else.
- ✓ Industry processes already configured
- ✓ Industry-specific reports
- ✓ Team training
Chemicals and food
Production with traceability and expiration dates. Here the system has to withstand an inspection, not just balance the inventory.
- ✓ Industry processes already configured
- ✓ Industry-specific reports
- ✓ Team training
Foreign trade / Free Zone
The most demanding: import costing, multiple currencies, the Free Zone regime and documentation reviewed by a third party.
- ✓ Industry processes already configured
- ✓ Industry-specific reports
- ✓ Team training
Your industry isn't on the list? No problem: it's implemented just the same, with a custom scope. The verticals exist to save you time, not to leave you out.
What these prices don't say.
They're for reference
The final number comes from the proposal, after the assessment. It can come in lower if your operation is simpler than we assumed, and we'll tell you so.
They don't include licenses or hosting
If you go with Odoo Enterprise, the license is paid to Odoo separately. Hosting goes through VTGO and is quoted based on the real size of your operation.
Almost nobody needs the biggest one
Most companies that ask us for the biggest package end up with a smaller one. We'd rather have a customer who comes back than one we oversold the first time.
You've seen the numbers. Now let's find yours.
A one-hour consultation. We review where your operation stands and you leave with a figure tailored to your case, in writing. Even if the answer is that you don't need us yet.
