DIGIFACT electronic invoice folios

Every electronic invoice you issue uses up one authorized folio.

Here you buy them in packages, at the volume you need, and we register the service with DIGIFACT so all you have to do is invoice. If you also need the electronic signature certificate, we process it in the same order and deliver it in less than 24 hours.

  • Authorized folios to issue invoices, credit notes and debit notes
  • Service registration with DIGIFACT in your company's name
  • Each package has its own validity: they don't expire at month-end

  • Odoo Enterprise licenses, which are purchased from Odoo S.A.

How to sign up

1. Choose the package

From 25 to 5,000 folios. The higher the volume, the better the price per folio.

2. Tell us about your signature

If you already have a certificate, no cost. If not, we process a new one or renew it.

3. Tell us your platform

Your own system, the DIGIFACT web invoicing app or your Odoo 16 to 19.

4. We get you issuing

We register the service and confirm when you can start invoicing.
