HR without chasing paperwork.
Employee files, attendance, vacations, evaluations and connected payroll. Fewer emails asking questions and more time on what actually matters.
HR ends up being the department that chases signatures.
What weighs most on the human resources department.
Paper employee files
Contracts, ID cards and certificates in physical folders you have to dig through every time.
Vacations by email
Requests approved in email chains and balances kept on a separate spreadsheet.
Manual attendance
Time punches transcribed by hand to calculate payroll, with errors discovered too late.
What gets organized.
It's implemented in stages, in the order that least disrupts your operation.
Digital and complete
Employee documents with expiration dates and renewal alerts.
Time clock and reports
Clock-ins, clock-outs, late arrivals and overtime, ready for payroll.
Request and approval
Vacations and leave requested and approved in the system, with automatic balances.
From requisition to onboarding
Openings, candidates and a selection process with owners.
Performance on record
Evaluation cycles with goals, results and history.
Data that adds up
Attendance and absence data feeds payroll without re-entry.
From where you are to where you want to be.
Assessment
We look at how you operate today and where time or money is being lost. A fifteen-minute call to define the next step.
Data load and setup
We load employees, contracts, vacation policies and the organizational structure.
Assisted go-live
We train the team that will use it and support you through the first month-end close.
Ongoing operation
Support with an assigned account owner and contractual response times.
What people ask before signing up.
Does it integrate with biometric time clocks?
It depends on the device. In the assessment we check which one you use and what integration applies.
Does it calculate the vacation balance automatically?
Yes, based on the configured policy and the employee's seniority.
Does it cover Panamanian payroll calculation?
Payroll is evaluated in the assessment based on how you handle it today and which regulations apply.
How we quote.
We don't publish a price list because it would be made up: two companies in the same industry can need very different things. What we do guarantee is how you get to the number.
Quote after the assessment
After the call, if the case calls for it, a one-hour consultation sets the scope and a fixed price. If the scope changes, it's quoted separately and you approve it first.
Processes, data and users
Number of employees, whether there are several companies and which processes you want to cover. How many people will use it, how much data needs to be migrated and how custom it needs to be.
Support by plan
Ongoing operation runs on a monthly plan, with an assigned account owner and contractual response times. It's contracted separately from the implementation.
Let's get your people department in order.
A fifteen-minute call and you walk away with a clear next step — even if the answer is that you don't need us yet.
